Mercier Therapy

Mercier therapy is a pelvic visceral manipulative technique for women. This technique has been helpful to many women of all ages who have been experiencing challenges with:

  • Endometriosis, stages 1-4
  • Pelvic pain, or adhesions from previous surgery
  • Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
  • Infertility
  • Chronic pain during sex
  • Chronic pain after caesarean section
  • Lack of ovulation
  • Absent periods
  • Irregular periods

Mercier therapy treatments work in harmony with your body to release adhesions, which act like glue within the pelvic area, to facilitate better mobility and proper position of all the organs. When the organs are gently released and retrained over time back to the proper position, then normal blood flow, circulation and functions of organs can occur more easily. There is a series of 6 treatments, we work to release tightness in ligaments and muscles as well.

There are 2 paths to choose from with this type of therapy. One choice is for the 6 sessions of treatments by themselves. For those with infertility challenges who desire to conceive, we have a package called the Shared Journey Fertility Program.
