What is a Biomat? What is a Biomat session?

The Biomat is a unique mat that produces far infrared waves (1) which penetrate 6” of the body, negative ions (2), and helps to reduce electromagnetic frequency waves (EMF). The result is a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.


This mat contains 27 lbs of amethyst crystals, plus sea salt, in specialized tubes which run the length and width of the mat. There is a temperature controller attached to it with fully adjustable temperature settings. The mat may be used with or without heat.


The Biomat may be beneficial for temporary relief of minor muscle pain, minor joint pain and stiffness, joint pain associated with arthritis, muscle spasms, minor strains, and minor muscular back pain. It promotes relaxation of muscles, and a temporary increase in circulation. (1)
